Hedland Health Campus

My dad stayed in the general ward as well as HDU, after a week of intense pain and a bumpy ride we couldn’t have been happier with care the nurses provided especially David, Nicole, Mary and a Indian nurse who’s name I’ve forgotten. Without the patience and empathy of these nurses not only for my dad but myself during this week, it could’ve been a more exhausting week than it already was.Thank you,Kiara Garrett

The staff here in the Outpatients, ED and also the Maternity Ward are awesome. I frequently come here and can gladly say that I’m always seen to ASAP & taken care of with utmost respect. These staff members are good at what they do & I appreciate all they do for the community.

The maternity ward is just fantastic. After a traumatic previous birth (first child was born Perth) I was terrified of giving birth again. However, every single midwive, doctor and nurse on the maternity ward were fantastic. I could not have asked for better care. I was a high risk patient and the care I received was second to none. I would absolutely recommend having your child here the care is just amazing.

This review is based not on the general care provided by Emergency in Port Hedland, but rather on its 'Managed' approach to Covid 19 testing that I experienced recently.I work with people from all over Australia, and having presented with Covid symptoms and under advise from Medical professionals decided to get tested at HHC.I phoned the hospital who advised me to wear a mask and present to emergency. When I arrived I received a condescending speech from the triage nurse about how your low risk because you havent even left Hedland

I was traveling in my Motor home with my dogI had a heart attack and drove myself hereI was treated so professionally by every member of staff there.The security guard took my Motor home around the back of the hospital. Locked it up and even plugged it in to 240v.One of the incredible Nurses took my dog to her place and minded her till my kids picked her and the motor home up and bought it homeThis place was fantastic

My wife attended the hospital today. What a great bunch of people, nurses and doctors very thorough and professional. Could not have wanted for better care. Keep up the good work.

My partner needed urgent surgery on an abscess, we cannot fault the care and service we received here at the Hedland Health Campus.Nothing was too much trouble and my partner has now recovered enough for us to leave the area after 2 weeks. Highly recommend all staff that we came in contact with, professional, courteous, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable
